Accommodation

Our host hotel is Scandic Aulanko, located in Hämeenlinna, ca. 25 km from the trial grounds. The hotel is located quite near to a lake and a forest with trekking paths, yet easily accessible by car.

There is a block of rooms reserved for participants; booking can be made for the period between 27th and 31st October. Reservations should be made directly to the host hotel by phone or email using the booking reference submitted after registration. Please book latest on 14th October; after that unbooked rooms will be released and neither availability nor rate can be guaranteed anymore. .

Accommodation at Scandic Aulanko: 63 €/person/night in double room and 106 €/person/night in single room, including breakfast and access to the spa. Family rooms are also available, please inquire. There is an additional pet fee, which is 20 € per stay.
